Cardiovascular

About Us.

The Cardiovascular Research Center at UF performs cutting edge research in basic and clinical research to improve prevention and care of heart disease. Our cardiovascular disease research programs translate scientific discoveries from the lab into leading-edge treatments and therapies for patients. We train clinicians and scientists to become future leaders in this field. Our collaborative culture with other UF departments brings a wide variety of expertise and a multidisciplinary approach to research problems, acting as a bridge between our basic science and clinical Research Center.
