About Andrea N Riner
Hometown: Middletown, MD
Clinical and Research Interests: Surgical oncology, pancreatic cancer, cancer health disparities, translational genomics, diversity in surgery, global surgery
What do you like best about living in Gainesville? Gainesville is a very easy place to live. The weather is incredible and there are many things to do outside all year. I love that houses are affordable to purchase on a resident’s salary. We are also driving distance to beautiful beaches on both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts, which is my favorite day trip getaway. Living in a college town also has its perks with many events on campus.
