Program Requirements

  • Graduate of an ARC-PA (Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant, Inc.) accredited PA program or in the final year of a PA education program
  • Eligible to sit for the PANCE or NCCPA certified


  • Length of Program: 12 months
  • Program Size: 4 PA Fellows — 2 Cohorts per year
  • Fall Cohort:
    • Applications accepted: February 1-April 30
    • Interview(s): May/June
    • Notification: June/July (within 30 days of final interview date)
    • Program Start: September
  • Spring Cohort
    • Applications accepted: July 1 — September 30
    • Interview(s): October/November
    • Notification: November/December (within 30 days of final interview date)
    • Program Start: March

All candidates will be notified in writing of the admission committee’s decision. Candidates who have been interviewed are notified of the admission committee’s decision 30 days following the final interview date. Candidates may confirm their place in the class by written acceptance sent directly to the Program Coordinator following admission notification. Candidates who have been interviewed and not offered a position in the program will be ranked on an alternate list. The highest ranked candidate on the alternate list would be notified if an identified candidate withdrew from the program prior to their start date.
