Residents are prepared for practice in any setting. Our research and early faculty development opportunities help residents prepare for success in academic practice, while our Practice Readiness Curriculum provides tools for success in the private practice sector.
Graduating Resident Case Logs
Graduates of our program have ample opportunities to develop their surgical skills, and most graduates leave our program with well above the number of required cases in a number of different areas!
Junior residents can even earn additional, protected operative time early in training through demonstration of competence in key technical skills such as knot tying, suturing, laparoscopy, and more.
