Academic Fund for TCV
This fund supports the Educational, Research and Clinical missions of the Division of TCV. Resources are used to support resident education at conferences, clinical research projects and development of novel surgical techniques.

Grace Dunlevy/Burchel Family Thoracic Cardiovascular Surgery Support Fund
This fund supports research to include but not limited to the study of acute kidney injury following open heart surgery.

Grant and Shirle Herron Chair in Thoracic/Cardiovascular Surgery*
This Endowed Professorship was a generous gift from a grateful patient used for program development and translational research including the areas of minimally invasive cardiac surgery.

Michael R. and Leslie F. Notaro Lung Transplant Research Fund
This gift from the family of a lung transplant recipient supports lung transplantation research including novel methods to increase the pool of donor lungs.

Rick Damron, MD, Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery Fund
This generous gift supports the ongoing educational events of The TCV Division including expenses associated with visiting professors, graduation dinners and residency ceremonies.

TCV Fellowship
This fund primarily focuses on support for the residency and fellowship training programs. The fund supports travel to conferences, educational expenses, research, recruitment of fellows and the miscellaneous expenses of the program.

Thoracic/Cardiovascular Surgery Excellence Fund
This gift from a grateful patient supports the overall academic and research activities in the Division of Thoracic and Cardiovascular surgery.

Supports academic and research activities for the UF Health Aortic Disease Center.
