Thank you to everyone who joined us at the UF Department of Surgery’s Woodward Society Spring Meeting! We had a fantastic day of presentations and networking with fellow surgeons from across the United States. Topics ranged from the role of the microbiome in pancreatic carcinogenesis to liver disease and transplantation. The day concluded with a portrait unveiling of Timothy C. Flynn, MD, FACS, the senior associate dean for clinical affairs at the UF College of Medicine. In case you didn’t have a chance to join us, please take a look at Jason Wilson’s, MD, FACS, recap of our meeting. We hope you will join us at our next meeting!
